• 34 Graham Cracker Cumbs - 1 item
• Sugar
• Butter, melted
• Cream Cheese8 oz - 2 pkgs
• Sweetened Condesed Milk 1 can
• Eggs - 2 item
• Flour
• Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
• Sour Cream - 1 (8

How to make cheesecake:

Melt butter, add graham crackers crumbs and sugar. Mix well. Press into bottom of 9-inch spring dish. Combine and beat all other ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into crumb lined pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool for 1 hour in oven with door open. Serve with strawberries or cherries. Serves 10.
