Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 1 lb
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1/3 c
- large eggs - 4 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- melted butter, cooled - 1/2 c
- graham crumbs
How to make cheese cake:
Crust:1 1/2 c. graham crumbs2 Tbsp. sugar3 Tbsp. margarine, melted Mix crust ingredients (graham crumbs, sugar and margarine) and press into bottom of spring-form pan. Chill. Preheat oven to 350°.Cream Ricotta cheese and cream cheese. Add sugar, then eggs. Beat well. Add cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat, then add butter and sour cream.
Pour into pan and bake approximately 1 hour until the edges leave the side and the middle rises and falls. Leave in turned-off oven 30 minutes to 1 hour, until sides turn golden brown. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
