Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 1/2 c
- Flour - 1 c
- Butter, melted - 1/2 c
- Eggs - 2 item
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 item
- Shortening, melted - 1/4 c
- Cranberries - 2 c
- Chopped Walnuts or Pecans - 1/2 c
How to make cranberry pie:
Spread Cranberries in a well greased 10-inch Pie Plate. Sprinkle with Sugar and Nuts. In a separate bowl beat eggs: gradually beat in 1 c. Sugar. Add Flour, Butter and Shortening, beating well. Pour mixture over Cranberries and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Good served warm or cold with Vanilla Ice Cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
