Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 1 c
- Flour - 3 c
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Sour Cream - 1/2 pt
- Eggs - 2 item
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Pinch of Salt - 1 item
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Butter or Oleo - 1/2 lb
- can Blueberry Pie Filling - 1 item
How to make blueberry cake:
Cream sugar and butter until smooth, add eggs, one at a time, mixing between each one. Add the dry ingredients alternating with the sour cream. Add the vanilla. The batter is thick. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9x12-inch pan. Cover with the pie filling. Pour the rest of the batter over the pie filling. Top with 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of butter and mix into crumbles and sprinkle over the top of the cake and bake for 350° for 50-55 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Blueberries.
