Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
• sugar - 2 Tbsp
• cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• sour cream - 2 c
• butter, melted - 2 Tbsp

How to make cheese cake:

Melt butter. Add to crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Line a spring-form pan and save some to sprinkle on top. Beat together the remaining ingredients; add one egg at a time. Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour. Shut oven off and leave in oven for 1 hour. Do not open oven door. Chill. Cover with preserved canned fruit and serve.
