Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 1 C
- Salt
- Flour - 2 C
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Sour Cream - 1 C
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 2 item
- White Sugar
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Brown sugar
- Walnuts, chopped
- small box Raisins - 1 item
- 12 Stick Butter
- Filling:2 apples, peeled and chopped
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Filling:2 apples, peeled and chopped1 small box Raisins 13 C. Brown sugar1 tsp. Cinnamon 14 C. White Sugar 14 C. Walnuts, chopped Mix Filling ingredients together. Mix well. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Alternating with sour cream (add to egg mixture and vanilla). Pour 12 mixture into greased 9-inch Angel Food pan. Add 12 mixture of filling. Add remiaining batter. Sprinkle remaining filling, on top of batter. Bake at 350° for 45-60 min.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
