  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Cool Whip
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
  • vanilla instant pudding 4 oz - 2 pkg

How to make pumpkin cheese cake:

Mix cream cheese and 1 tablespoon milk in bowl; add Cool Whip and mix. Pour in pie crust. Pour 1 cup milk in bowl; add pudding. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices. Mix until well blended. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
