- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- milk - 1 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Cool Whip
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding 4 oz - 2 pkg
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Mix cream cheese and 1 tablespoon milk in bowl; add Cool Whip and mix. Pour in pie crust. Pour 1 cup milk in bowl; add pudding. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices. Mix until well blended. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, For large groups.
