Ingredients/Components
- 9-inch pie crust
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato sauce use 1/2 can - 4 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese
- milk - 1/4 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Topping:8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese1/4 c. milk1 beaten egg1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. mustard1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Heat oven to 425°. Brown beef, drain fat. Mix in remaining ingredients, except topping. Spread evenly in pastry-lined pan. Mix together cheese topping, spread over filling. Bake 30 minutes. Let set 15 minutes before cutting.
