  • 9-inch pie crust
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can tomato sauce use 1/2 can - 4 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Topping:8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese1/4 c. milk1 beaten egg1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. mustard1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Heat oven to 425°. Brown beef, drain fat. Mix in remaining ingredients, except topping. Spread evenly in pastry-lined pan. Mix together cheese topping, spread over filling. Bake 30 minutes. Let set 15 minutes before cutting. Serve in wedges with sauce (equal amounts of chili sauce and remaining tomato sauce). Serves 6 to 8.
