- bag tortilla chips - 1 (8
- can green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped - 1 oz
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 lb - 4 c
How to make nachos:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place 1/4 of the tortilla chips on each of 2 ovensafe platters or baking sheets. In medium bowl, toss cheese, chilies and onion to mix. Sprinkle 1/4 of the cheese mixture over chips on each platter. Top with remaining chips and cheese mixture. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve at once.To microwave: Prepare as directed but assemble on microwave-safe platters. Microwave each platter on High 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings.
