Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • tomato sauce - 1 c
  • chopped green peppers - 1/3 c
  • beef bouillon cube - 1 item
  • shredded mild cheese - 8 oz
  • 9-inch deep dish pie shell - 1 item

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Bake pie shell at 425° for 8 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reduce heat to 350°. Brown meat in skillet. Drain. Add tomato sauce, pepper, onion and bouillon. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs, flour and cheese. Turn into prepared shell. Bake 20 minutes or until hot. Top with cheese. Bake 3 minutes.
