  • eggs - 6 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • sliced green onion - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • can drained bean sprouts - 1 item
  • rice and vermicelli mix - 1 pkg
  • Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper

How to make egg foo yong:

Prepare mix according to package directions. Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in cooled rice mixture, bean sprouts and sliced onions. Drop by 1/2 cupfuls on greased griddle. Brown on each side.Sauce:2 Tbsp. cornstarch2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 c. water Cook until thick and serve over Egg Foo Yong.
