  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chili powder
  • chopped tomato - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1/2 lb
  • medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • corn meal - 1 Tbsp
  • jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese spread - 1 oz

How to make mexican pie:

Brown meat; drain. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Add half of process cheese spread and chili powder. Stir over low heat until process cheese spread is melted. Stir in tomato; combine remaining process cheese spread, eggs, flour, salt
