  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 item
  • box vanila wafers - 1 item

How to make cheese tarts:

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Place wafer in mini cupcake papers. Fill with mixture and bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with pie filling and refrigerate.
