Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small fresh mushrooms

How to make cheese stuffed mushrooms:

Rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Remove stems (stems may be used in other recipes). Place caps on a greased baking sheet. Combine remaining ingredients, except 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Sprinkle each with reserved cheese. Bake mushrooms at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
