Cheese stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- dash of salt - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- small fresh mushrooms
How to make cheese stuffed mushrooms:
Rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Remove stems (stems may be used in other recipes). Place caps on a greased baking sheet. Combine remaining ingredients, except 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Sprinkle each with reserved cheese. Bake mushrooms at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Mushroom.
