Mushroom dip
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 lb
- dash of salt - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 lb
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- fresh sliced mushrooms or 2 large cans - 1 qt
- cans chopped artichokes - 2 item
How to make mushroom dip:
Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms and artichokes, and stir over medium heat. Cook until cheese melts. Add mushrooms and artichokes last. Serve warm with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Mushroom.
