Ingredients/Components

  • half and half - 1 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 lb
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • dash of Tabasco - 1 item
  • fresh sliced mushrooms or 2 large cans - 1 qt
  • cans chopped artichokes - 2 item

How to make mushroom dip:

Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms and artichokes, and stir over medium heat. Cook until cheese melts. Add mushrooms and artichokes last. Serve warm with crackers.
