Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- 5 oz
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- mayo - 1/2 c
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- medium tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- medium ripe avocados, sliced and peeled - 3 item
- large bunch green onions tops too, chopped - 1 item
- small can pitted ripe olives, drained - 1 item
How to make tex-mex dip:
Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Spread bean dip in 9 x 13 pan. Spread avocado mix over bean dip. Spread taco mix next. Sprinkle in order onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Tex Mex.
