Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 3 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • frozen peas - 1/2 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cans evaporated milk - 2 oz
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • medium onion, minced - 1 item
  • shredded American cheese - 1 to
  • small carrots, sliced - 2 item

How to make cheese soup:

Saute onion and celery in butter about 5 minutes. Do not brown. Add carrots, bouillon and water. Boil until carrots are tender. Add peas. Make a paste of flour and a little water. Add to soup while stirring and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add milk
