Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- frozen peas - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans evaporated milk - 2 oz
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- medium onion, minced - 1 item
- shredded American cheese - 1 to
- small carrots, sliced - 2 item
How to make cheese soup:
Saute onion and celery in butter about 5 minutes. Do not brown. Add carrots, bouillon and water. Boil until carrots are tender. Add peas. Make a paste of flour and a little water.
