Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- oleo - 3 Tbsp
- grated sharp cheese
How to make cheese souffle:
Make thick white sauce using milk, oleo, flour and salt. Add cheese. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased baking dish. Place in a pan of water. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Low Carb.
