  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, separated - 4 item
  • oleo - 3 Tbsp
  • grated sharp cheese

How to make cheese souffle:

Make thick white sauce using milk, oleo, flour and salt. Add cheese. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased baking dish. Place in a pan of water. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
