Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- oregano
- basil - 1 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Mozzarella, shredded - 2 c
- 8 count tube crescent rolls - 1 item
How to make zucchini pie:
Melt margarine in large skillet and saute zucchini and onion until tender. Remove from heat. Mix together eggs and cheese, then add spices. Line 10-inch pie plate with rolls to make crust and spread with mustard. Mix zucchini and onion with egg mixture; pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
