Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make cheese sauce:
Melt butter. Add flour to milk and shake so there are no lumps visible. Add to butter and cook until thick and smooth. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Add cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and well blended.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Savory sauces.
