Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- cream cheese - 12 oz
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- finely chopped pecans - 2 c
- chili powder optional - 1 item
How to make cheese roll:
Soften the cheeses; mix in garlic salt and pecans. Roll into round loaves on wax paper which has been dusted with chili powder. (This is optional for a red color on roll.)
