Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- raisins optional - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb
- medium width noodles - 1 lb
- 1/2 large apples, chopped fine - 1 item
How to make kugel:
In 9 x 13-inch baking dish melt margarine. Boil noodles 5 minutes until still slightly firm. Mix remaining ingredients together and beat well. Mix together with noodles. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350° until bubbling. Cool until warm to touch. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Serve warm or cold. Refrigerate leftovers.
