Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • chopped sweet pickles - 2 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 1 2
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • stuffed olives, chopped - 3 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • minced green pepper - 3 Tbsp
  • hard-cooked egg, chopped - 1 item
  • finely crushed saltines - 1/2 c

How to make cheese log:

Combine the cheese with the rest of the ingredients. Form into a long roll and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate until firm. Serve on a tray surrounded by olives and crackers.
