Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- minced onion - 3 Tbsp
- dash of cayenne - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
- loaf sourdough - 1 item
How to make cheese puffs:
Melt first 5 ingredients in double boiler. Cut a loaf of sourdough or firm textured bread into cubes (remove crust). When cheese is melted and still over heat, break 1 egg at a time and beat until smooth after each egg. Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet. Freeze and then bag.To serve, heat oven to 350° and bake until bubbly.
