Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- cup mayonnaise - 1 item
- Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
- box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted - 10 oz
- fresh chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make spinach dip:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.Fat free sour cream may be substituted.
