  • sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed to 30 pieces - 1/4 lb

How to make cheese puffs:

Separate biscuits; cut into thirds. Wrap dough around cheese cubes; seal well. Fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Yield: 30 puffs.
