Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1 2
- can celery soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli cuts - 16 20
- crumbled Ritz crackers or herb-seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Mix all ingredients in large frying pan on medium until cheese is melted. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with seasoning mix and dot with butter. Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
