  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 10 oz
  • grated green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimiento pepper - 1 Tbsp

How to make cheese log:

Mix all ingredients well and shape into 2 balls or logs. Roll in chopped pecans. Chill.
