Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- Accent - 3 tsp
- Tabasco - 1/4 tsp
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cut up - 1 lb
- grits no salt
How to make cheese grits:
Cook grits 5 minutes and mix in other ingredients. Put into 9 x 13-inch glass, greased baking dish and bake 1 hour at 250°. Can freeze in small portions. Very good.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
