Cheese grits


Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- grits, cooked 15 minutes - 1 c
How to make cheese grits:
Mix all ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole dish for 1 hour at 350°.This may be frozen. For freezing, divide into 2 dishes and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Freeze. When ready to cook, remove from the freezer and allow to thaw. Heat thoroughly until warm.
