Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • can chilled Milnot, whipped - 1 item
  • crushed graham crackers for crust - 1 item

How to make lemon cheesecake:

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice and let cool. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add cooled gelatin and mix well. Fold in whipped Milnot. Crush graham crackers and mix with butter. Pack in well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Add filling. Chill for several hours before serving.
