  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust or baked pastry shell - 1 item
  • can cherry pie filling, chilled - 1 oz
  • can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not evaporated - 1 oz
  • lemon juice concentrate ReaLemon - 1/3 c

How to make cherry cheesecake:

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill until set. Top with cherry pie filling.
