Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- grated cheese
- fine cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
How to make cheese balls:
Mix cheese with flour and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff and add flour. Shape in small balls. Roll in crumbs. Fry in deep fat and drain on brown paper. Excellent served with fruit or vegetable salad. Serve immediately after cooking.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
