Cheddar baked potato slices
Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick - 4 item
How to make cheddar baked potato slices:
Combine soup, paprika and pepper. In greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon soup over cheese. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until tender. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
