Cheddar baked potato slices
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- tsp paprika - 1/2 item
- tsp pepper - 1/2 item
- medium baking potatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices, about 4 cups* - 4 item
- c shredded cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make cheddar baked potato slices:
1. In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper.2. In a greased 2 qt. oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese, spoon soup mixture over cheese.
3. Cover with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are fork tender. Serves 6.
