Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- 16 oz - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make confetti scalloped potatoes:
Melt butter and saute onions. Stir in potatoes, soup and milk. Add cheese and 1/2 crumbs. Pour in 9 x 12-inch casserole. Add rest of crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
