Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- chopped red peppers - 1/2 c
- champagne - 1/2 c
How to make champagne chicken:
Flour and pan-fry chicken until golden brown. Add all other ingredients to soup. Place chicken in a glass baking dish and pour mushroom mixture over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
