Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Minute rice - 1 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 8 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Bring broccoli to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. While broccoli is cooking, mix 2 cans of soup with one cup of rice and two cups of water. Put soup mixture in a casserole dish and spread evenly. Lay broccoli on top of soup mixture. Lay chicken breasts on top of broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with aluminum foil and punch several holes in the foil. Bake at 375° approximately one hour. When meat is done, sprinkle cheese over chicken and return to oven (uncovered) for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
