Ingredients/Components
- medium sized potatoes, sliced thin - 8 item
- chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Place alternate layers of potatoes, cheese, peppers and onions in greased baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with milk. Pour over potatoes; cover. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350° oven. Remove cover and let brown slightly.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
