Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced onion - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- diced celery - 1 c
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 item
- coarsely diced green pepper - 2/3 c
- raw potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick - 4 c
How to make casserole dinner:
Starting with potatoes, put vegetables in layers in a 2-quart casserole, reserving about 1/3 of the pepper, celery and onion. Sprinkle each layer with part of the salt and pepper. Mix tomato soup and water. Pour over meat and potato layers. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
