- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- margarine or butter, softened - 2/3 c
- active dry yeast - 1 pkg
- warm water 105~ to 115~ - 1/2 c
- lukewarm milk, scalded, then cooled - 1/2 c
How to make casserole bread:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixer bowl. Add milk, 2/3 cup margarine, eggs, salt and 1 cup flour. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds.
