Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 3 c
  • cashews - 1 c
  • chopped green onions - 1 item
  • oyster sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • bouillon cubes - 5 item
  • breaded breast strips - 1 item

How to make cashew chicken:

Fry breast strips in deep fat. Cut into 1-inch pieces. In large pan, boil water and bouillon cubes. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. Add oyster sauce and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Top with green onions and cashews.
