Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- cashews - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1 item
- oyster sauce - 1 Tbsp
- bouillon cubes - 5 item
- breaded breast strips - 1 item
How to make cashew chicken:
Fry breast strips in deep fat. Cut into 1-inch pieces. In large pan, boil water and bouillon cubes. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. Add oyster sauce and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Top with green onions and cashews.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
