  • egg-milk mixture - 1 item
  • flour - 1 item
  • rice, cooked - 1 item
  • small bag cashews - 1 item
  • Sauce:2 cans Swanson chicken broth
  • cornstarch, dissolved in a little broth before heating
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item

How to make cashew chicken:

Sauce:2 cans Swanson chicken broth3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little broth before heating1 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 green onions, chopped Cut chicken into small pieces. Dip in egg-milk mixture. Roll in flour and deep fry. Cook sauce over medium heat until it thickens. Cook rice. Pour sauce over rice and top with cashews. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
