- chicken, cut in small pieces - 1 item
- egg-milk mixture - 1 item
- flour - 1 item
- rice, cooked - 1 item
- small bag cashews - 1 item
- Sauce:2 cans Swanson chicken broth
- cornstarch, dissolved in a little broth before heating
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
How to make cashew chicken:
Sauce:2 cans Swanson chicken broth3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little broth before heating1 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. soy sauce2 green onions, chopped Cut chicken into small pieces. Dip in egg-milk mixture. Roll in flour and deep fry. Cook sauce over medium heat until it thickens. Cook rice. Pour sauce over rice and top with cashews.
