  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • cooked carrots, mashed - 2 c
  • Add oleo

How to make carrot souffle:

Mash carrots. Add oleo. Beat eggs. Mix flour and condiments. Add eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to carrots. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. nuts, chopped1/3 c. flour1/3 c. butter Mix well until crumbly. Cook casserole for 1/2 hour, then cover top with topping mixture and bake the last 30 minutes. Total cooking time: 1 hour.
