Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- cooked carrots, mashed - 2 c
- Add oleo
How to make carrot souffle:
Mash carrots. Add oleo. Beat eggs. Mix flour and condiments. Add eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to carrots. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. nuts, chopped1/3 c. flour1/3 c. butter Mix well until crumbly. Cook casserole for 1/2 hour, then cover top with topping mixture and bake the last 30 minutes. Total cooking time: 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
