Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated carrots - 2 c
- flaked coconut - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
- finely chopped nuts - 1/4 c
How to make carrot salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let sit in refrigerator until mixture thickens. Stir in remaining ingredients and place in mold. Return to refrigerator to chill and congeal.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
