Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- flaked coconut - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
How to make carrot salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased mold or individual molds. Chill until firm. Serves 6.This recipe is in memory of Mary Frances Harvey.
