Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1/4 c
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • flaked coconut - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz

How to make carrot salad:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased mold or individual molds. Chill until firm. Serves 6.
