Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- grated carrots - 3/4 c
- hot water - 1 c
- small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- orange jello - 1 pkg
- small can crushed pineapple, save juice - 1 item
How to make carrot salad:
Cream together cream cheese and jello. Add hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add juice from pineapple and let gel slightly. Add crushed pineapple, carrots and Cool Whip. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
