Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Crisco oil - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- head cauliflower - 1 item
How to make carrot salad:
Dice carrots and cook until tender. Cool. Add onion, green pepper and cauliflower. Mix in blender tomato soup, sugar, oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over carrots. Let set overnight.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
