Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- cups milk - 2 item
- cup sugar - 3/4 item
- cup cocoa - 1/3 item
How to make chocolate gravy:
Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt in top of double boiler. Mix in eggs until smooth. Stir in milk. Cook uncovered, over boiling water, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve over hot buttered biscuits.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
