Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 tsp
- cornstarch - 4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- seedless raisins - 1/2 c
- lemon peel - 2 tsp
- vanilla or lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- soda in 1 tsp - 1/2 tsp
- shredded raw carrots - 1 c
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour in greased, round cake pans
How to make carrot pudding:
Mix all pudding ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in greased, round cake pans. Top with Vanilla Sauce Topping.Vanilla Sauce Topping:2 c. water1 c. sugar4 tsp. cornstarch2 tsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring Boil first 3 ingredients 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
